Furarchiver is a unique financial resource for furry art enthusiasts. This website archives and provides access to a vast library (over 4TB!) of favorite artists' works, tackling a niche need within the furry community.
Furarchiver processes about 30 requests every second. That's quite a lot for something that I just operate in my spare time and to for free. It's at the point where it gets increasingly important to optimize things. As a service operator you want to complete requests as fast as possible, and this wasn't always the case in the past.
August 2024 update: Since the writing of this journal I've been made aware of https://furarchiver.net/, which is probably the more user-friendly option if you want to grab something off of FurAffinity.
1.8 This version introduces a new directory scan mechanism that should avoid a proxy response timeout in your browser for big artists. A few UI changes have been made to make Furarchiver easier to use.
