Nebraska Public Media has agreed to acquire Class C0 FM 101.9 KOOO (FM) and convert its license to noncommercial radio. The acquisition is pending approval by the FCC.

KOOO (101.9 FM, "101.9 The Keg") is a radio station broadcasting a classic rock music format.
