Lytle is a city in Atascosa, Bexar, and Medina counties in Texas, United States. The population was 2,914 at the 2020 census. It is part of the San Antonio metropolitan area. Lytle grew out of 321 acres (130 ha) located around the head of Atascosa Creek, patented to Henry Volkner in 1856.
