Founded by student and Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai, Malala Fund invests in girls' education programmes to help girls go to school and reach their full potential.

Malala Yousafzai, Pakistani activist who, while a teenager, spoke out against the Tehreek-e Taliban Pakistan’s ban on the education of girls. She gained global attention when she survived an assassination attempt at age 15.

As an outspoken proponent for girls’ right to education, Malala Yousafzai was often in danger because of her beliefs. Even after being shot by the Taliban, she continued her activism.

Through the Malala Fund and with her own voice, Malala Yousafzai remains a staunch advocate for the power of education and for girls to become agents of change in their communities.
