Deputies from our OCSD - North Patrol and Behavioral Health Bureau (BHB) responded near the 17th Street bridge in the City of Santa Ana after reports that an individual had attempted to dig a tunnel beneath the bridge.
The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) is a public agency responsible for managing wastewater treatment and resource recovery in Orange County, California.
OCSD, under its Court Operations Division, now provides all security and law enforcement services (such as Bailiff services, weapons screening checkpoints and prisoner custody) to the county court system.
The OCSD provides sewer and water services to approximately 7,600 residents and businesses in Oceano and Halcyon, along with some street lighting and limited parks and recreation.
