Southwestern College's largest campus, located in Chula Vista, offers students an array of programs, courses, and services. The College is made up of seven academic schools of study with over 300 academic programs to choose from.

The School of Theology operated until 1917. In 1925, president Charles Diehl led the move to the present campus in Memphis, Tennessee (the Clarksville campus would later become Austin Peay State University). At that time, the college shortened its name to Southwestern.
