We have a few DLs which are receiving emails external e-mail addresses. The DLs are created on-prem and managed on-prem and are sync with the cloud. I can see that the members individually can receive the e-mails no issue so it's not a matter of it being considered as spam.

I've heard nothing in over a day even after requesting an update. That message is perfectly normal for emails sent to DLs, post the full message trace. The message was submitted.
