Set between the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, and Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars Galaxies (SWG) allowed players to create their own unique character and explore the galaxy in a true sandbox environment.
You do not need a copy of Star Wars Galaxies downloaded to play. If you play on other SWG servers, be sure to install SWG Restoration in a separate location to avoid conflicts with the game files.
Once you are fully patched, you can press “Play” to launch SWG. If you have any trouble getting connected, speak to someone from CSR Staff in Discord or submit a ticket with Account Support Services.
