Georgia Gateway is a self-service web portal where new and existing customers can apply for, manage, and renew their benefits for up to six programs.
If you have a Gateway account, but have forgotten or misplaced your Gateway password or your Gateway user ID, please refer to the Gateway website for instructions: Fill out all of the required information and submit your renewal.
You can check the status of your Medicaid application online at gateway.ga.gov or by calling 877-423-4746. You will find out by mail whether you are eligible for Medicaid within 45 days after you apply.
