Pottstown Roller Mill is situated on the Schuylkill River in Pottstown. Originally built in 1725, the historic roller mill was a two-story, three-bay, fieldstone building. It provided flour during the Revolutionary War to George Washington’s Continental Army and as a shelter for escaping slaves in the Underground Railroad.
